1.What should I do when the product is malfunction?

We’re sorry to know the malfunction and we do apology for the inconvenience thus caused to you. Please report the malfunction to our service department at service@rahulsurgicals.com  providing following information so that our service engineer can troubleshoot the malfunction and provide you the right solution.

a) Product name, model No, series No
b) Purchase date
c) Brief description of the malfunction, better with a photo less than 1M in size

2. How can I send back the defected parts?

Our service department will send you the proforma invoice. You just print it out, properly pack the defected parts and ask your local courier company to pick up the parcel(s).

3. How many days can I receive the replacement parts?

Speedy, professional and cost-effective are our good commitments to efficient after-sale service. We promise to send out the replacement parts if available in stock within 24 hours after receiving of the complaint). Otherwise we will assure you to supply the spare part within 10 days for imported parts.
